Build Your Own Rolling Gang Sheet
Want glitter film? Build it here
Our Rolling DTF Gang Sheets make it easy and affordable to print multiple designs on a single sheet of DTF transfer film. By combining several designs into one continuous sheet, you maximize your printing space, reduce wasted material, and lower your cost per transfer. Perfect for businesses, apparel decorators, and anyone looking to save money on custom DTF transfers.
Our easy-to-use Gang Sheet Builder lets you upload, resize, duplicate, and arrange your designs exactly how you want them. Unlike traditional gang sheets with fixed lengths, our rolling gang sheets automatically grow as you add designs, and pricing is based on the total length of your sheet. You only pay for the space you need, giving you complete flexibility and control over your order.
Printed in-house using professional DTF equipment, our transfers deliver vibrant colors, sharp details, and excellent durability. They're ready to press onto cotton, polyester, blends, and more, making them a convenient solution for everything from single custom shirts to large production runs.
Cheapest Way to Buy DTF
Pay for the length of the sheet, not the number of designs. Fill it and the cost per design drops away.
Any Length You Want
The sheet is 22 inches wide and grows as you add designs. You are charged by the inch, so nothing is wasted.
Same Day Printing
Weekday orders placed before 11:00 AM ET print and ship the same day. Rush is available until 3:00 PM ET.
How a Gang Sheet Works
Pick your film
Choose the standard or the glitter product, whichever you want the sheet printed on.
Build your sheet
Open the builder, upload your designs and arrange them. The sheet lengthens as you add, and the price follows the length.
Press and go
Your sheet arrives printed and ready. Cut the designs apart, press, and that is it. No weeding.
A Family's Dream, Printed One Sheet at a Time
We are a husband and wife shop in Ludowici, Georgia. Veteran owned, and small enough that the two of us touch every order that leaves the building.
Every transfer is printed in house on our Mimaki printers, on premium film with a soft hand feel. Nothing is imported, nothing is drop shipped from overseas, and nothing is handed to a third party we cannot answer for.
When you order from us, you are not funding a warehouse. Supporting us means supporting a dream and we take that seriously on every single sheet.
Gang sheet FAQ
What is a gang sheet?
One long sheet of DTF film with as many designs on it as you can fit. You pay for the length of the sheet, not the number of designs, which makes it by far the cheapest way to buy transfers.
How wide is the sheet?
22 inches. The length is up to you, and the price follows it by the inch.
What does my artwork need to be?
Every design on the sheet should be a PNG with a transparent background, at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. Anything transparent stays unprinted and the garment shows through.
The full list, with examples of what goes wrong, is on our DTF artwork requirements page.
How do I size my designs?
By the longest side, the same as our single transfers. Leave a little space between designs so each one can be cut apart cleanly.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum on gang sheets. Build a short sheet or a very long one.
Do I have to weed these?
No. The sheet arrives printed and ready to press. The only thing you do is cut the designs apart.
Will they work on dark garments?
Yes. Every sheet is printed with a full white under base, so the colors stay true and fully opaque on any garment color.
How fast will I get it?
Order before 11:00 AM ET on a weekday and it prints and ships the same day. After that it goes into the next day's run, and rush processing is available until 3:00 PM ET to still make today's.
Do I get a proof first?
No. Gang sheets print straight from the file you build so they can go out the same day, which is why your artwork matters. Check it before you order.
What is the difference between standard and glitter?
The film. Standard is our everyday DTF film; glitter film gives the whole design a sparkle. Pick whichever product matches the look you want and build the sheet the same way.

REWRITTEN: This is undoubtedly the best customer service I have ever experienced! The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to assist you in meeting your deadlines, even if they are a result of your own lack of preparation. BUTTER! These transfers literally peel like BUTTTTTER! I’ve used a lot of DTF vendors and I got tired of needing to press 2-3 times before being able to even peel. I bought 4 of the biggest gang sheets on a hope and a prayer - I was NOT disappointed!
I ordered custom prints late on a Thursday night and because I wanted them by the following Friday I paid for the rush order. I had my transfers by Sunday! Fastest process and shipping ever! Quality and color were great. Will definitely be ordering again!!

I love the fact that I can pickup in the store instead of having it ship. This is the best place to get DTF transfers from.
