Refund policy

🔁 Returns & Order Issues

Effective March 30, 2025

Because our DTF transfers are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. That said, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase—so if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

All DTF transfer sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for any reason.

Please also note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Bargain bin/clearance transfers
  • Gift cards

🛠 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Email support@bluridgedesignco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) in question
  • After 10 days have passed, we will assume your order arrived in acceptable condition and cannot offer replacements or credits.

    🔄 Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

    🇪🇺 European Union Customers

    Under the EU’s “14-day cooling off period,” customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

    To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in its original condition
    • Returned with proof of purchase

    If your return meets the EU criteria, please email us before sending anything back.

    💸 Refunds

    We do not offer refunds. All sales are final and non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our end.
