What rush actually does

Rush applies to your whole order, whatever is in it. What that buys you depends on the product, because different things are made in different ways.

DTF and gang sheets

Our same-day cutoff is 11:00 AM ET. Add rush after that but before 3:00 PM ET and it still prints and ships the same day. After 3:00 PM it prints first thing next business day, ahead of regular orders.

Stickers, banners and yard signs

These are proofed before anything prints. Normally the proof comes back in 24 to 48 business hours. With rush it is under 24, so approval and printing both start sooner.

Apparel, patches and plaques

Tees, leather patches and engraved plaques all move to the front of their queue, so yours is made before the orders that came in around it.

Rush questions

How much is rush processing?

$20, and it covers your whole order rather than a single item. It works on anything we make.

Will my order still ship today?

If it is DTF transfers or a gang sheet and you add rush before 3:00 PM ET on a weekday, yes. After 3:00 PM it prints first thing the next business day, ahead of regular orders.

Does rush make delivery faster?

No. Rush speeds up our side only, getting your order made and out of the door sooner. The carrier takes the same time it always would, so pick a faster shipping service at checkout if the date is tight.

Does rush work on everything?

Yes. What it buys you varies by product: DTF keeps its same-day window until 3:00 PM ET, proofed items get their proof back in under 24 business hours instead of 24 to 48, and apparel, patches and plaques move to the front of their queue.

Can you guarantee it arrives by a date?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Rush guarantees your position in our queue, not what the carrier does afterwards. Message us with your date before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

Is the rush fee refundable?

No. Rush fees are non-refundable, because the position in the queue is used the moment the order is placed.
