A Family's Dream, Printed One Transfer at a Time
We are a husband and wife shop in Ludowici, Georgia. Veteran owned, and small enough that the two of us touch every order that leaves the building.
Every transfer is printed in house on our Mimaki printers, on premium film with a soft hand feel. Nothing is imported, nothing is drop shipped from overseas, and nothing is handed to a third party we cannot answer for.
When you order from us, you are not funding a warehouse. Supporting us means supporting a dream and we take that seriously on every single sheet.
FAQ
How do I choose my size?
Sizes are measured by the longest side of your design, not by the shirt. We offer 2.5 inch shirt tags, 4 inch pocket and hat, 5 inch infant, 6.5 inch toddler, 8 and 10 inch youth, 11 and 12 inch adult, 13 inch adult plus, and 15 and 16 inch adult oversize.
Do I have to weed these?
No. That is the main advantage of DTF over vinyl. Your transfer arrives printed and ready to press, with no weeding, no cutting and no masking.
Will they work on dark garments?
Yes. Every transfer is printed with a full white under base, so the colors stay true and fully opaque on black, navy, red or any other color.
What file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background. Design it at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed, and crop tight to your design. Anything transparent stays unprinted, so the garment shows through there.

What can I press them onto?
Cotton, polyester and blends in any color, and plenty that are not garments at all: cooler sleeves, pillows, canvas, leather and even wood.
How do I press them?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, and they apply automatically in your cart. Buy 10 and save 3%, 25 saves 5%, 50 saves 7.5%, 100 saves 10%, and 200 saves 15%. The discount counts every DTF transfer in your cart, across all our transfer products. Gang sheets are excluded.
How many washes will they last?
A properly pressed transfer can last 50 to 100 washes. Wash cold, inside out, with a mild detergent, and tumble dry on low. Done consistently, these prints can hold up wash after wash without major cracking, peeling or losing color.
That number assumes it was applied correctly in the first place: the right temperature, firm pressure, the full dwell time, and a second press after you peel. Get those wrong and a transfer can start cracking within the first few washes. Application quality sets the ceiling. How you care for it decides how close you get.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order one transfer or a thousand, and the bulk discount kicks in automatically from 10.
Do I get a proof before you print?
Not on custom DTF transfers. We print exactly the file you upload, which is why the file matters so much. Check it against the DTF artwork requirements before you order.
Can I pick up instead of paying shipping?
Yes. Local pickup is available at 474 Prince Road SE, Ludowici, GA 31316. Please wait until you receive the ready for pickup email notification before heading to the shop.
How fast will I get them?
Order before 11:00 AM ET on a weekday and your transfers print and ship that same day. After that they go into the next day’s run, and rush processing is available until 3pm ET to still make today’s.
