📦 Shipping Policy

Everything we sell is made to order and ships from our own shop in Ludowici, Georgia.
Our shipping rates, turnaround times, order cutoffs, local pickup and shipping protection terms all live in one place, so there is only ever one set of numbers to trust:

- What each shipping method costs, and how long it takes
- The daily cutoff for same day printing, and how rush processing works

A few things worth saying here as well
- Turnaround is production time only. It is the time it takes us to make your order. Carrier transit time is on top of that.
- Orders with different kinds of products in them may ship separately, because they are made in different parts of the shop and finish at different times.
- Once a carrier has your package, delivery is in their hands. If you added shipping protection at checkout we will handle it with you. If you declined it, a claim has to go through the carrier directly.
🔁 All sales final
Because everything we print is made to order for you, all sales are final on printed products and we do not accept returns or give refunds on them.
If something arrives wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us. Email support@bluridgedesignco.com with your order number, what went wrong, and photos. We reply within 24 hours and we will put it right.
