Chenille Patches are crafted from a dense, towel-like fabric that is embroidered onto a plush felt backdrop. These patches are often seen adorning varsity jackets or collegiate apparel. Additionally, they can be stitched onto various outerwear items such as caps or hoodies. Both the chenille patch fabric and soft felt base come in a diverse range of colors.

Turn Around Time (TAT)

Our standard turnaround time is usually 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and major holidays. However, during peak periods, our turnaround time may extend slightly. Rest assured, we strive to keep you informed by updating the current turnaround time on our shop banner.

Shipping and Processing

Chenille Patches MUST be ordered separate from transfers and gang sheets. This is to protect the patches and transfers. If not, we will have to invoice you for shipping for the separate order. We do not want to risk damaging your products in transit. 

NOTE** If you have a Chenille Patch in your cart it will charge you shipping at checkout regardless of cart amount for the reason above. Your transfers will still ship separately for free!

Every transfer is printed to order and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified in the current TAT banner at the top of each page.

Orders are shipped via UPS with an estimated arrival time of 2-6 days. To expedite delivery, consider upgrading to a Priority service at checkout.

For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, or associated fees.

Chenille Patch Application Instructions

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Temp/Time: 310/20 seconds - Medium Pressure
  • Pre-press garment for 3-5 seconds
  • Position patch on the garment
  • Cover patch with a Teflon sheet
  • Press for 20 seconds
  • Turn shirt inside out and press for 20 seconds
  • Let it cool for at least 60 seconds
  • If not fully adhered, repeat steps above. 

Washing and Care Instructions

Washing Guidelines:

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash.
  • It is recommended to wash finished garments inside out in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Avoid fabric softener.
  • Tumble dry on low setting - For best results, hang to dry.
